Dr. Somnath Dutta (B.A.M.S.) is an Ayurvedic physician and clinical researcher based in Raiganj, Uttar Dinajpur, West Bengal. He has authored and co-authored multiple research articles published in national and international peer-reviewed journals. His research interests include Ayurvedic surgical and para-surgical procedures, leech therapy (Jalaukavacharana), urinary stone management, pain and sensory modulation (Sangyaharan), and integrative clinical case studies. Through scholarly publication and clinical practice, he aims to promote evidence-based Ayurveda and strengthen its scientific credibility at both national and global levels.
